Partial Planning is the Goldilocks middle package for couples who want to be fully involved in their own planning process but would feel more confident with expert guidance. Our Partial Planning package gives our couples the tools for success as they start their planning journey. With an initial kick-off call to review vendor priorities and discuss a realistic budget based on those priorities, our couples know how to confidently move forward with their own creative skills and find their own vendors.
We typically begin the design process around eight months in advance of the wedding. One of our partial wedding planners meets with the couple to review their vision by checking out their Pinterest boards, saved social media posts, and anything they may have already been dreaming of. From there, we dive deep into the overall look and feel they want to create, and favorite aspects of each saved image or video. With these wedding plans and design details, we create an in-depth design mood board.
Our design mood boards help our couples visualize their ideas and make them tangible. We use this board to find the ideal vendors for our couples. From florists to rentals, signage, and lighting, a partial wedding planner helps our couples solidify their vision and find the best businesses to execute it.
These tools for success allow our couples to ease into planning without wondering if they are moving in the right direction. Once completed, our Partial Planning package transitions into Event Management, where we finalize the coordination process and execute the wedding day with our couples.
Event Management, also known as day-of coordination, is something we (biasedly) feel all couples should have. This package allows our couples to feel at ease in the last three months leading up to their wedding day. They can fully soak in the final months of their engagement as fiancés and soon-to-be newlyweds.
Event Management is ideal for couples who want to, and have ample time to, take charge of their own planning process. They can confidently go through vendor negotiations and bookings without a committed wedding planner. These couples feel great about their wedding planning resources and only want to hand off the torch to an expert who will guide them through the finishing touches and bring the celebration to life.
As wedding coordinators, we jump in full force 90 days before the wedding. From here, we gather all vendor contracts, wedding checklists, wedding day itineraries, and preference details from the couple to create a draft timeline. We meet with our couples to fill in all the details of the day, from the moment they wake up until the last vendor has left the property. By knowing every last detail, we confidently communicate with the vendors to share what is expected of them and how we can all serve our couple best.
