We’re excited to share Allison and Nick’s gorgeous Paliku Gardens wedding at Kualoa Ranch, which is also our first destination wedding of the year! We can’t think of a better way to celebrate our first destination wedding of 2022 than the couple’s elegant tropical wedding (as they named it, which is a theme name we’re definitely bookmarking!)
Allison and Nick chose Paliku Gardens and Kualoa Ranch because the couple had already visited the venue before and they fell in love with the unobstructed view of the Pacific and the stunning lush green mountains surrounding the area. The venue was a special place to them so it was a no-brainer that they would have their wedding in Hawaii.
As Allison and Nick got ready, Sheyanne Lyn Photos snapped some beautiful pictures of them as well as the details like Allison’s fun wedding shoes and a must-have invitation flat lay. We also love the sweet moments Allison shared with her mom and grandmother as they all got ready together.
The ceremony was a relatively intimate one, and Allison and Nick got to share their vows (and become officially husband and wife!) in front of the people they love the most. Lulu’s Leis + Bouquets also did an amazing job at putting together the florals for the ceremony to tie together the elegant tropical wedding the couple imagined. It was a ceremony their planner, Ali, would never forget!
After the ceremony, the couple took photos around Paliku Gardens with their family, and some fun-loving photos with just themselves. The joy on their faces is heartwarming and contagious!
We’re always eternally grateful for the vendors who help each of our couples’ dream weddings transform into reality — no matter if we’re planning a wedding at home in Orlando or one overseas in Hawaii. Allison and Nick told us their number one priority was making sure their guests were having the best experience at their wedding. Considering the look on their guests’ faces, I think we can say mission accomplished! A big shoutout to DJ Troy who brought the good vibes all night long on the dance floor!
After their wedding, Allison and Nick said if they had to give some tips to couples getting married, they suggest hiring a planner, making decisions based on what’s important to them, and “if you want it, just go for it.” We wish the couple so many more years of happiness, love, and laughter!
