Real Wedding Spotlight: Zoe and Tony
Don’t just take it from us, take it from one of our amazing couples! Zoe and Tony, who tied the knot in February 2024, chose the Dr. Phillips Center for their wedding. Both are local to Orlando and were looking for a venue that was centrally located, modern, and neutral. Being in the heart of downtown, Dr. Phillips Center fit the bill! Zoe, a dancer by profession, also felt a deep connection to the performing arts center, making it the perfect choice!
Zoe and Tony wanted to create a warm, intimate feel despite the high ceilings of the ballroom. To achieve this, we used large trees as centerpieces, creating a canopy effect throughout the room. This design choice made the space feel cozier and more intimate, perfectly aligning with the couple’s vision.
Their wedding day was flawless, with a perfect 10-hour setup to create their unique decor, including building trees on-site! The weather was ideal, allowing the entire back wall of the ballroom to open. This brought in the vibrant city vibes of downtown Orlando!
