My true passion has always been in organizing, coordinating, and planning events. Now I’m here to help you create amazing memories. – Jess Clark, Coordinator
When I get the chance to talk to a couple at the very beginning of their planning, I always ask some questions to get a gauge for who they are. “What do you all do on a typical weekend?”, “Do you like to be the center of attention? Or is the wedding more about uniting your Families and Friends?”, “Do you have two fluffy golden retrievers that you’ll be bringing to the wedding?” (Okay, that last one is for me…). My goal when asking these is to get an idea of who they are, as a unit, so I can help them bring that into their big day.
I met Chandler before I met Matthew, but I could instantly see that she was possibly the most low-maintenance person in the world. It was clear from the moment I spoke to her that this wedding was going to be understated so that the attention was on Matthew and her and their love. The details that were chosen would have to be perfectly executed, but they would feel effortless.
The wedding felt like them. It was classy, and elegant, and timeless, and love was the main attraction. They didn’t go against what makes them, them, and it showed in every photo.
She even took her wedding-feeling into her own attire, by choosing a no-frills STUNNING gown, and beach curls. She was a breath of fresh air.
Reflecting on who you are as a couple and making decisions for your big day around that, will help shape your wedding in an organic way that will have all the guests saying “This is so them”.
Chandler and Matthew, here’s to endless years and a timeless love!!!
Love,
Jess Clark
