Day Of Coordination

Our Day of Coordination (or more appropriately named…month of coordination) is perfect for the bride who’s done the planning but knows the value of turning her important details over to an experienced professional to execute on the big day!

 

  • Oversee Setup and Design of Ceremony and Reception
  • Secure Reserved Seats for Parents, Grandparents and Special Guests
  • Placement of Ceremony Items on Event Day (Unity Candle, Guest Book, Programs, etc…)
  • Position Wedding Party and Organize Ushers
  • Assist Photographer in Gathering Family and Wedding Party for Photos
  • Placement of Reception Items on Event Day (Favors, Place Cards, Champagne Flutes, etc…)
  • Ensure Reception is Picture Perfect Prior to Guest Entrance
  • Organize Wedding Party and Couple for Grand Entrance
  • Coordinate Reception Festivities to Keep on Schedule (ie. First Dance, Bouquet/Garter Toss, Cake Cutting, Final Dance, Big Send Off of Bride and Groom, etc…)
  • Distribution of Final Payments and/or Gratuities for Vendors on Event Day
  • Organize and Deliver Event Items to Designated Location (Gifts, Cameras, Cake Top, etc…)

This service is designed for the bride that has already started the planning,
but needs some help in pulling all of her fabulous ideas together!

 

  • Budget Creation – We will meet together to discuss the overall budget. Who’s contributing? What has already been spent and what are the priorities for you and your fiance? Your planner will then create a line item budget for you to review.
  • Customized Vendor Referrals – Blush will provide vendor referrals that fit your style, personality and budget! We will never just send you a list of vendors we work with to sort through yourself.
  • Management of Vendor Appointments – We will schedule all vendor appointments for you to interview your vendors. Blush will assist in assembling the perfect team to make your vision come to life for your big day!
  • Attendance at Menu Tasting (as applicable) – The menu tasting is a great opportunity for all parties to be in the same room at the same time to discuss any outstanding details.
  • Full Table Mockup – This is our favorite appointment! We’ll work with your florist to put together a full mock up of your guest table to include floral, linen, chargers, chairs, etc… We’ll also have alternate choices for you to play with and pick/choose your favorites!
  • Transportation Management – We’ll arrange transportation to/from venue for your guests, wedding party and of course for your grand getaway at the end of the evening!
  • Final Details Meeting – We’ll meet with you approximately 6-weeks prior to the wedding to review details, important people, flow of the weekend, etc… At this point, we will begin putting together your final timeline and wedding resume and will “take over” the details of the big day.

Full Service Planning

Full Service Planning

The most inclusive of our services, our Full Service Planning is designed to help you from engagement to honeymoon!

 

  • Venue Selection – Is it a garden, a ballroom, or maybe your childhood home? We will help you to select the perfect venue for your ceremony and reception which will set the tone for your unique wedding day!
  • Design Concept – We can’t wait to see what you’ve pinned! We’ll go through your inspiration Board(s) with you to begin putting together a cohesive design. Most importantly, we will ensure that the ideas we find on the world wide web are simply inspiration for the unique details we’ll create for your big day!
  • Budget Creation and Management – We will meet together to discuss the overall budget. Who’s contributing? What has already been spent and what are the priorities for you and your fiance? Your planner will then create a line item budget for you to review. We will also track spending throughout and send timely payment reminders as vendor payments come due.
  • Customized Vendor Referrals – Blush will provide vendor referrals that fit your style, personality and budget! We will never just send you a list of vendors we work with to sort through yourself.
  • Table Design Mockup – We will create a single table mock up of your overall design to include floral, linen, chairs, chargers, menu card, etc…
  • Guest Accommodation Assistance – Blush will create room blocks for your out of town guests and provide booking instructions.
  • Transportation Management – Blush will book transportation as needed for guests to/from event weekend activities as well as for the bridal party and getaway!
  • Management of RSVPs – Blush will receive and manage your RSVPs and send weekly updates.
  • Assistance with Day of Papers – We’ll work with you and the stationer to create programs, menu cards, escort cards, and fun event signage that coordinates with the overall wedding design.
  • Final Details Meeting – We’ll meet with you approximately 6-weeks prior to the wedding to review details, important people, flow of the weekend, etc… At this point, we will begin putting together your final timeline and wedding resume and will “takeover” the details of the big day.
