It is hard to describe how perfect this day was, so we thought we would let the Bride describe it herself.
“I was never one of those girls who had been envisioning her wedding since she was little…but when the time came to plan, the vision came pretty clearly too. We wanted nothing more than a celebration with all of our closest friends and family with amazing food, in an atmosphere that was naturally beautiful and not overly formal. Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL was the perfect choice. I would describe the overall style as rustic meets romance….while not going TOO rustic and not TOO girly romantic. The ceremony was outside under a gorgeous archway covered in wildly strewn flowers. It was short and sweet…time to celebrate!! Achieving the perfect look in the reception space was definitely where I put most of my focus style wise. We went with a clear tent over the courtyard and staggered farm tables in each quadrant with different sized Edison bulbs hanging down at different lengths over each table. With the farm tables and the Edisons over each table, it created the raw, romantic, and rustic look that I was going for! (Prato restaurant in Winter Park, FL was a source of inspiration; not to mention their food is fabulous too!). All that plus the photo booth, great music, and a glow stick/vintage car exit made this the best day ever for us. I seriously couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out…. I just wish we could do all over again!”
We are excited to have this gorgeous wedding featured on Borrowed and Blue take a look at the feature for more photos.
